As it should. It's just that funny.
But what I love most about this video, as lame as it may make me, is the lesson it teaches. See how stupid you look when you drink? While most people don't usually get this drunk (or high...or whatever he's been using), the relative degree of stupidity, from my sober point of view, is pretty close the same. Just food for thought.

I just can't believe how long it goes on. A solid 5+ minutes of him stumbling through the store. He should've just given up.
